FAQ & POLICIES FOR ALL TRAINING

 LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICIES FOR ALL TRAINING:

  • Please be on time for your training session. The session will start and end on time.

  • A spot is reserved for every athlete who has pre-booked a class.

  • If you cannot attend a session you have booked, you have 24hrs to cancel the class in order to receive the credit back to your account.

  • Any cancellation after the 24 hr window will result in a loss of that credit from your package.

  • 1-on-1 Training and Group Training Packages have an expiration date and are non-refundable/non-trasnferable.

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling their classes.

  • If Group Sessions/1-on-1 is canceled by the coach, a credit will be added to your account for future use.

  • Sickness, Injury and vacation related cancelations are handled on one-by-one basis.

  • Client will communicate any discomforts, pain or concerns experienced during or arising from a session.

  • This training program will involve physical activity and, as appropriate, use of certain equipment and machinery. Such actives may present a risk of injury or even death. Client voluntarily agrees to participate in these activities and to assume all risk of personal injury, death and property damage resulting from such activities, use of equipment, machinery or public or private facilities.

FAQs

  • All group sessions are held within the area of Saratoga/Willow Glen/ Rose Garden

    Depending on weather and time, some group sessions are held outside, some indoor. Please see booking for specific location.

  • Location of 1-on-1 training is flexible and will be discuss directly with client who books one-on-one. Outdoor and Indoor options available.

  • We ask that each athlete bring their own basketball. Your athlete should always bring a water bottle to training. We please ask that athletes are in athletic gear ready to get to work!

  • Your athlete can benefit from both the private and group training sessions. In private training, it is more detailed and in depth as the coach's eyes are on your athlete for one hour and the coach can easily identify certain areas of skills your athlete can work on. Athletes will also get more reps in. Group training sessions are beneficial for your athlete because they will be working in groups and they can learn from their peers. Kids can develop their communication skills and create friendships with other athletes who attend these sessions.

    Your athlete can do some group session and one-on-one training throughout the week to get the best results.
